A Rhode Island Native, I have a degree in Communications Arts, former co-owner of a family owned Construction Company and a licensed Realtor since 1993. Working to bring buyers and sellers together. Communication is key to keeping a transaction together. Through the years one of the most valuable things I have learned is that each transaction is unique. The essential key to this is being a good listener. I have been a successful 'listening' agent to the needs of each client, working toward their individual goals, needs and time frames, while further assisting them through all phases of the transaction. As an Aquidneck Island Resident I can offer you a strong sense of the changing market conditions , and offer a strong network of resources to assist both a Buyer and Seller in today's brisk market. As the mother of two children I understand and share many if not all, the same concerns for Education, Community, and needs of todays busy family.
